Registration Policies

Please read through our policies carefully so you know what to expect. If you have any questions, send an email to our Chief Registrar.

Pre-Registration Deadline

To be considered as pre-registered, participants must be registered and paid before the Monday of the week of the event. Mailed forms must be postmarked by midnight at the end of the weekend before the event. Please be aware that NO mail will be picked up at the Post Office during the week prior to the event. If registration is sent Express or by special carrier, signature upon delivery must be waived.

Cancellations

If you register for an event and need to cancel, you must notify the Registrar prior to the event.

Credit may be issued in lieu of a refund and are will also be subject to a processing fee as follows:

• Cancellations received at least one week prior to an event will receive a full credit towards a later event, less a $25 processing fee.
• Cancellations received less than one week prior to an event will receive a full credit toward a later event, less a $50 processing fee.

Withdrawals at the track

We understand that sometimes, mechanical problems can put you out of the race before the day even starts. If this happens, any EMRA competitios may withdraw their entry before the start of their sessions for a refund or credit.

For any event (single- or multiple-day), if an entrant wishes to withdraw from any part of that event, in order to receive a refund or credit for a future event, competitors must notify the Registration Desk or the Chief Steward before the end of the event. Withdrawals must be submitted prior to the start of that group's sessions to receive a refund / credit.

Refunds and Credits

No refund or credit will be given for any run group for which a wheel has been turned on track in any session of that run group (e.g., no refund for a sprint race if the entrant went on track for the practice session for that sprint race).
