EMRA Competition/Contest Board Meeting -- Sunday, January 22nd 2012 12PM
EMRA's annual round table discussion to suggest, debate, voice concerns, propose, etc.. items and issues that relate to EMRA's racing and TT programs. Topics typically discussed; car classifications, allowable mods, logistics, championships, Schedules, etc.... The meeting will be moderated by EMRA's Contest Board Chairman -- Ray Kaeser starting at 12 Noon. Lunch will be provided.
To facilitate setting an agenda of the afternoon; all interested parties are asked to submit their topic (with a brief description) via email to Ray at RKKgto@hotmail.com. Please include a brief description regarding the topic. BUT; be prepared with facts and details when presenting to your fellow drivers and EMRA personnel.
The meeting will be held at Vice-Chairman Mario Boccongelli's Office: Seating is limited, so please... bring a folding chair.
